Refund & Deposit Policy: $25 Non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancelling. This policy is in place to protect the value of the time I set aside specifically for your appointment. Your deposit will be applied towards the total for service. The remaining balance will be due on the same day of your appointment. Once full amount is paid, there will be no refunds under any circumstances. Cancellation policy: IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT: YOU MUST PROVIDE A 48 HRS NOTICE. DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED TO A FUTURE APPOINTMENT. Future appointments must be scheduled within 48 hrs to keep deposit. There is no fee to reschedule, but if you cancel providing LESS than 24-48 HRS notice, keep in mind that will result in a 50% CANCELLATION FEE from service total; due to last minute notice, if any. This is to ensure that my time is being respected, including other clients that I have next in line or waiting for a spot in line. I understand there’s last minute emergencies so please communicate with me so that I can provide smooth service for you!
